Basic Information

La Flor Art Limited Partnership (headquarters: 6230 Soltvadkert, Kiss Ernő Street 13), hereinafter referred to as Data Controller and Data Processor (La Flor Art), provides the following information regarding the processing of personal data provided during the completion of this form, the use of services/training, and visits to the websites (www.laflorart.hu).

Purpose and Legal Basis of Data Processing:

The Data Processor and Data Controller processes the personal data provided during the completion of the form according to the general provisions of GDPR, based on the voluntary and prior informed consent of those completing the form, in accordance with the legally prescribed period (8 years). The Data Controller processes Personal Data among those who complete the form for the purpose of contacting them, maintaining communication, ensuring smooth service delivery, and mandatory reporting to the tax authority and PMKH and its partner organizations (OSAP, FAR, KReTA). Exceptions are data which the data subject expressly prohibits from being transferred under Civil Code 6:7 (3).

Authorized for Data Processing and Access to Personal Data:

The processing of Personal Data is carried out by La Flor Art Limited Partnership and individuals in contractual employment who assist with data processing. The Data Controller does not transfer personal data to other individuals for business purposes; unauthorized parties cannot access this information. The Data Controller only transfers personal data to organizations specified in the Adult Education Act LXXVII of 2013 in the manner prescribed by law, unless the data subject has declared a prohibition on the transfer of such data.

Duration of Data Processing:

The Data Controller processes personal data provided through form completion until the purpose of data processing ceases, or until the data subject prohibits data processing, but for a maximum of 5 years from the date of provision. The Data Controller stores and processes personal data provided through the use of services for the legally prescribed period of 8 years.

Rights of the Data Subject:

We inform you that you may request from the Data Controller in person (electronically or in writing):

• Information about the processing of your personal data
• Correction of your personal data
• Deletion or blocking of your personal data – except for mandatory data processing
• You may object to the processing of your personal data in accordance with Civil Code 6:7 (3)
• You may turn to the courts in case of violation of your rights

We further inform you that by completing the form, using the services, and sending it to the Data Controller, you acknowledge the above information and expressly consent to the Data Controller processing all voluntarily provided data – including Personal Data – in accordance with the provisions of the relevant legislation.
